For estate sale companies
SalesZE films your best pieces at your photo day, about two weeks before your doors open. You get a preview video for your EstateSales.NET listing and a reel for every featured piece, all pointing shoppers to your sale. Nothing is priced or sold before the doors open.
We are booking a small number of pilot estate events in metro Atlanta.
Why it pays
A piece that sells at your sale is one your crew never packs, hauls to storage and lists again with an auction house or consignment shop.
A high-value piece that sells on your floor earns your commission instead of leaving the house for someone else’s auction.
Two weeks of previews give buyers time to find the pieces they came for, so they come to your sale ready to buy them.
EstateSales.NET gives every sale one video link, and almost nobody uses it. In our count of first-page listings in October 2026, 0 of 20 Atlanta sales and 8 of 379 sales across 21 metros had a video.
Families ask how you will advertise their sale. A preview video from your last sale is an answer you can show them.
We film on your photo day, never during the line. Your staff run the sale the way they always do.
The two weeks before your doors open
Send your featured-item list in shooting order. Our host records each piece: small items on a backdrop, furniture where you staged it, case pieces with your staff handling them.
The preview video premieres on YouTube, clearly marked as a preview. You paste its link into your listing’s video field. We never ask for your EstateSales.NET login.
Each featured piece gets its own reel and its own page on SalesZE, with no price. Platforms cap how many posts go out a day, so the reels roll out across the two weeks.
We post a “this weekend” reminder pointing to your sale. Send your usual email to your list the same day.
When your doors open, each piece’s page shows its price. Buyers buy in person, from you, first come, first served.
Tell us what sold and we mark it SOLD on its page. You keep every clip to post on your own channels.
What you get
Not included: payments, presales, holds or auctions. Buyers deal with you, and you keep 100% of your sales.
House rules
Everything we publish before your sale is a preview. Remote shoppers cannot buy or reserve a piece ahead of your line.
Estate sales are never live-streamed. The preview is recorded at your photo day and labeled as a preview everywhere it appears.
You paste the video link into your own listing. The preview is about your sale only, with no advertising in it, to fit EstateSales.NET’s video rule.
Platforms ban posts that sell firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, prescription and medical items, ivory, horn, taxidermy, knives, swords, used cosmetics, hazardous goods and currency. Our review keeps those pieces out of the posts.
We show your tag prices once your doors open. We don’t run auctions or take bids.
When you book
Simple, flat pricing
One flat fee for the photo-day visit and two weeks of marketing. You pay for the visit, never a percentage of what sells.
